WORK / LIVE Facade Modernization with brise soleil
Conversion from a typical Chicago corner apartment building with bar on first floor to a work/live space with a modern facade.  Chunky structural members that support the brise soleil are repeated on the opposite end of the front facade as a corner post. Work and live spaces are discreet and open to a dappled shade garden.
